Ireneusz Biernacki brings us this tableaux featuring recreations of medieval bone dice, coins, and a wax writing tablet. Compared to our modern tablets it had limited storage capacity, but it did have the advantage of not requiring an external power source. Well, other than a few hours in bright sunlight to melt down the wax when you really wanted to wipe the memory.
