This massive statue of the demon Pazuzu from "The Exorcist" comes to us from effects artist Patrick Magee. It was a collaboration with Casey Wong for a haunted house attraction themed on the movie. In a stroke of genius, the final room of the maze featured an actor wearing a costume identical to the statue prop. One can imagine the impact on the unfortunate patrons.

I don't care where that haunt is, I'm going! That sounds great. There was a haunt in Tulsa a couple years back that had an actor posing as a gargoyle statue and it was the best scare in the joint.
Funny thing about the Exorcist: Pazuzu is, if I remember correctly, He's
a minor Sumerian wind demon. No history of possession at all.
What's even funnier is that Pazuzu was seen as a banisher of other evil spirits.
