I had meant to post something marking the new year earlier, but I've been the unfortunate victim of the flu. Which is pretty ironic considering I was vaccinated on Monday. Apparently I was already infected, but wasn't showing symptoms until Wednesday.
Personally, 2015 was a rough year for Propnomicon. A family crisis back in April saw the blog shut down for over a month. On the bright side, once I was posting again I was able to catch up pretty quickly. By the end of 2015 I'd hit the magical 365 posts for the year and maintained the average of one post a day. It's hard to believe I've been doing this for going on nine years now.
Thanks for being part of it.

Thanks a lot for keeping with the passion despite all the shit life throws at you.
This "flu", is one of the symptoms an inexplicable longing for the sea?
Best wishes for a better New Year!

Thanks for making this site happen. You always bring us really interesting stuff, whether it's inspiring, scary, or somewhat gross.
Here's to 2016 and more weirdness!
Oakree, if it wasn't already a well-established fact, you've had a following for quite a while now, for your own work, for your tastes and sharp eye looking out for propwork and other art all over the 'Net, for your inimitable writing style and comments, and for the heart underneath — not a prop heart — you've shown us along the way.
