Over the past few years there's been an absolute explosion in the number of companies offering fantasy coins for tabletop RPGs. As cool as they are, the coins almost always feature modern art designs struck using industrial metal presses. They look like contemporary coins. That's why I love these dwarven silver coins from the Relic Collector Shop. They're struck by hand, with all the little imperfections that are the hallmark of actual ancient coins.
