This delightfully monstrous corrupted fetus prop is brought to us by artist "lefthandsh8k". The original sculpt was done for a film and then cast in latex. I'd love to see something like this done in silicone so it could be displayed in a fluid-filled specimen jar.

Oh man. This, suspended in fluid in a glass jar would look creepy.
I love it
Hey look; it's the Lovecraftian poster-boy for prophylactics!
Hi! I was planning on casting a few objects like this in latex and then shoving them in fluid-filled specimen jars. Why wouldn't this work? Is it because the latex becomes bloated as it absorbs some of the liquid?
I was hoping to make a few copies, so I was going to try and keep the copies flexible but also relatively cheap, it would be a bit of a bugger if I had to use silicone.

Aye, it's the swelling that will do it in. A big part of the impact of this piece is the airbrushed paint job and I don't think that will survive immersion unscathed.
