I really like the sculpting on this mummified fairy specimen from Crawly Curios. A lot of these are just dollar store skeletons with a skin coat of paper mache or latex. There's nothing wrong with that, but actually taking the time to model anatomical details like ears, eyelids, and lips is so much more convincing.
