The Forbidden Book

We frequently feature so-called "forbidden books" here on Propnomicon.  One such tome is "The Lusty Argonian Maid" from the Elder Scrolls video game series.  Below, Puschels Craft recreates the moment Emperor Uriel Septim first encountered the mind-blasting knowledge within that infamous book.

Mummified Juvenile Griffin

Because the lion was traditionally considered the king of the beasts, and the eagle the king of the birds, by the Middle Ages, the griffin was thought to be an especially powerful and majestic creature. Since classical antiquity, griffins were known for guarding treasures and priceless possessions.

MonsterLabs Studios is absolutely on fire.  Their latest "cursed item" is this mummified juvenile griffin specimen.  Click through for a full gallery of pictures.  The craftsmanship and level of detail is phenomenal.

Aztec Death Whistle

MonsterLabs Studios returns to our pages with this incredible take on the Aztec Death Whistle.  Their interpretation includes a detailed display base.  From a Mythos perspective, given the historical ties between "death whistles" and the pre-Columbian wind god Ehacatl, it's likely they were used to summon Ithaqua or his servants.
