Indy's Whiskey

Toy and Prop Masters brings us this great tableaux featuring a recreation of the "Belle of Lincoln" whiskey bottle from "Raiders of the Lost Ark".

What a nice find. I was unaware that Jack Daniels made the Belle of Lincoln brand. Jack Daniels released a commemorative decanter in 1979 and the decanter tag gives some background on the origin of the label.

From another site
“Before 1871, the area that comprises Lynchburg and portions of Moore County was part of the larger Lincoln County, and “Belle of Lincoln” was one of the earliest names under which Jack Daniel sold his whiskey”

Here are some articles about Indy’s personal firearms used in filming. A surprise was having the first article suggests that the presumed Webley Mk VI was in fact a Webley Green.
