It’s an interesting fusion piece with an Egyptian eye of Horus pendant superimposed on some hieroglyphs and Cretian looking collar, which looks like it was produced with a rolling cylinder seal impression. The cylinder seal look is nice touch and he detail is amazing here. The eye looks a good deal like faience, and the rest of it has a nice ancient bronze patina which isn’t an easy effect to master.
A pretty good article on Egyptian eye iconography along with some useful photos http://www.touregypt.net/featurestories/eyeofhorusandre.htm
One source of patinas at Sculpt Nouveau http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/patina/rypatinas.htm
Some examples on how they can be used http://littleyellowbarn.com/2013/07/sculpt-nouveau-metal-coating-paint/
