Its got that deformed or mutated look that I love so much in Lovecraftian horrors.

This piece so reminds me of the deformed, anthropomorphic horrors of Hieronymus Bosch. This Cthulhu sculpt really gives a horrific, dreamlike impact. Kudos.
“The darkness drops again but now I know/
That twenty centuries of stony sleep/
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,/
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,/
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?”

That's awesome! I love the sense of action and chaos in all the tentacles and such!
