Cthulhu Fhtagn! Koi and Soles Edition
Artists Ann Koi and Jason Soles bring us this cast resin Cthulhu statue. My memory is a little fuzzy, but I believe it served as the model for an illustration in one of the books from the short-lived D20 Cthulhu line.
Looks like it shows up on page 213. They also created the cover as well as various other pieces throughout the book. I thought their sculptures intermingled with other illustrations and paintings gave the d20 Call of Cthulhu book a very cool and unique vibe.

@ Shane Mangus
I totally agree about the look of the d20 line. The system may not have been ideal, but the layout and art was very nice.
Definitely a sitting-back-to-rest pose, rather than a leaning-forward-to-pounce pose....
No doubt digesting a nice meal of Terrified Mariners, after a busy day on quickly rising and sinking R'lyeh.
