For decades, "The Haunting" has been the go-to introductory scenario for "Call of Cthulhu". That includes the free quick start rules available from Chaosium. The ubiquity of the Corbitt house mystery means it also has dozens of handouts created by gamemasters over the years. That includes this excellent collection of ephemera Schwnz posted over on Reddit. Unfortunately,, the "official" prop documents naming their location as the "State of Massachusetts" immediately terminate the suspension of disbelief --- because that is one of our four "Commonwealths" (the other three being Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Virginia), all of whose official documents will never say "State of ___" but rather "Commonwealth of ___" --- it's always a glaring giveaway.
