Ancient Power Core

Burned Raven Tales brings us this nifty ancient quartz power core.  The faux rust finish is outstanding.

Necromantic Familiar

This Bone Minion, a familiar popular with necromancers, comes to use from Arend Smith.  The creepy little creature is designed to comfortably sit on your shoulder.

Sculpted Wand

Coven of the Moon gets the credit for this nicely done prop wand.  Most polymer clay wands look cheesy, but she's really captured the look of real wood.

Fly, My Pretties!

The gifted Tom Kuebler returns to our pages with this amazing flying monkey gaff.  It's a nearly dead-on reproduction of the original illustrations for The Wizard of Oz.

Adorable Cthulhu

One of the biggest issues with the works of H.P. Lovecraft, and the genre of cosmic horror as a whole, is how difficult it is to draw in new fans.  People don't want to be reminded that they're insignificant before the might and power of cosmic forces beyond their understanding.  It's just depressing!

That's why I love seeing things like this gaggle of adorable Cthulhu figures from Mystic Reflections.  It makes the Mythos so much more accessible to the mainstream, and isn't that what we really need?
