The Innsmouth Trading Company was lucky enough to purchase a variety of items from the estate of Herbert West. Amongst them was the formula for his revolutionary "Health and Youth Reagent". I couldn't find any information about potential side effects.
If this is anything like the Sparklets Radium Syphon, the the side effects will include:

At some point, loss of skin tone, muscle tone and vital sign is quite possible, usually associated with moaning and a mindless craving for fresh brains.
Of course, this can be witnessed most weekends when the footie is on at the local pub.
