Cthulhu Fhtagn! Storm Crow Edition
Durant Haire brings us a photograph of the massive Cthulhu figure at the Storm Crow Tavern in Vancouver. I can't find a credit for the sculpture, other than a reference to members of the visual effects community. I think this easily takes the number one slot in the "Largest Cthulhu Idols" list.
The Storm Crow was opened in August 2012 by Martin Deyotte, but exactly who made the Mayanesque Cthulhu is not cited. Their short history is promising however:

I’ve got to say I like the figure for its massive size and Mesoamerican appearance. I wonder what the glyph for Chtulhu might be? The statue certainly has presence. I’d sure like to see one of these in a niche in my house.

I agree with the CCF about the Central American influence, absolutely a stunning piece. I only quibble slightly in that I think it's more representative of an Aztec inspiration. I like the unnatural symmetry juxtaposed with the odd segmented, centipede-crustacean-cephalopod variant giving it that ante-diluvian feel and age that reeks of ancient malevolence.
