Making Tentacles
Allen Hopps returns with another video tutorial, this time focusing on creating animated tentacles. His redneck engineering, and I mean that as a high compliment, is of obvious special interest to Lovecraftian live action gamers
You could say "his budget-conscious jury-rigged engineering". That's not insulting and you don't have to defend it.
ReplyDeleteI can see this being adapted into tails for creature costumes as well as tentacles.
ReplyDeleteThree things that came to me while watching this:
ReplyDelete1. Use a center-finder and sharpie to mark the four 90ยบ intervals on the lip of the cup.
2. You could use a hole punch to put the holes in the lips of the single cups faster if you were in a hurry.
3. The small cups with painted pantyhose would make decent costume fabric covered hoses for 1920's era gasmasks.
