"Game of Thrones" Dragon Eggs

  1. I am always pleased to see a well-documented tutorial. The photographic step-by-step is invaluable for those making eggs or anything in the round. The scale work made me think of Italian pastry scales made with sliced almonds. You can use the technique for fish as well: http://pastryandsports.blogspot.com/2010/12/fish-fillets-in-scale-of-chorizo-almond.html . I’m not sure about dragon egg omelet however. Getting them from the nest is the hard part. You could substitute ostrich eggs and lie.
