The art deco futuristic combination lock on the book is a provocative prop. I always wanted a shrunken head, a real one, but those things are very rare and expensive. Did I also mention illegal? Ah well.

They are under $20 and are a good start for making a custom shrunken head. Maybe you can make one of a missing Miskatonic University professor for game play.
