I wonder why they had the period at the end of "Telegram." - Interesting how grammar/spelling standards change through the years.
@ James Floyd KellyIt is a bit odd, isn't it? I'd speculate that "Telegram" was the last word of a sentence that was chopped off, but the source file was a direct scan.
