Held Action
Held Action has posted a very nice writeup about my humble efforts. More importantly, they continue the tradition of posting photographs of my swag that are better than the ones I take. Heh.
Be sure to poke around while you're over there. You'll find a rich vein of gaming goodness, including this very cool posting about using prop pamphlets in tabletop RPGs to crank up the immersion a notch.
I think you're seriously underestimating your level of skill. It's not only a brilliant idea, but your write-up manages to provide a handy tutorial while clearly explaining the concept behind it. Being able to create something, and then showing someone else how to do it, is golden in my book.
Thanks for the nod!
ReplyDeleteThe motivation for coming up with that prop came in large part from reading Propnomicon. Even with my limited craft skills, I wanted to do something.
