I love binding, stitching and weathering my own leather tomes, but I have a rather inconvenient writing dysfunction. Any attempts I might make at such calligraphy are forever doomed to look like the scribblings of a third grade necromancer. The tomes themselves always make good costume props though.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-423050459919800481.post-19829870033433747372011-07-23T17:37:33.833-07:002011-07-23T17:37:33.833-07:00I know how the guy feels though. It reminds me of the cursive style of writing I have seen on Spanish legal documents from the late 1600s and early 1700s.

Consider photographing this with a less modern background. It need not be medieval, but a good oak table top or even on flagstones will really enhance presentation. I can see all the hard work you put into this book. I also enjoy the fact that you did your own take of the Mythos and it really shows on in the unique nature of the work.CoastConFanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07250561260148656254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-423050459919800481.post-80924951925006535512011-07-23T08:04:10.261-07:002011-07-23T08:04:10.261-07:00This is superb!
