I like the antique brass because it's nice and old looking, and it fits with the other pins for an attractive set.

On the other hand, the color one really does pop nicely, and there's never anything wrong with cloisonne.

I don't think you can fairly compare the two -- they each have their own charms. I'd be happy with either, I'd be happier with both. I agree with M. le Comte de Rigueur: I think you would probably sell out a run of either -- or both. Some people would buy one of each (I'd buy two of each, as is my typical pattern of purchases where your work is concerned), and some people might only buy one or the other -- but you'd definitely find enough of a customer base to sell out each set.Doc Atomichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15756391204121061932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-423050459919800481.post-6262282005855554242010-07-19T11:39:48.364-07:002010-07-19T11:39:48.364-07:00I have to go with the antiqued brass pins.I have to go with the antiqued brass pins.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00694987770316665070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-423050459919800481.post-76865452140660549652010-07-19T10:03:16.670-07:002010-07-19T10:03:16.670-07:00The colored version looks fantastic. So to me the cloisonné is a more "authentic" representation of what a period lapel pin would have been like.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-423050459919800481.post-60809873266928485412010-07-17T11:26:53.233-07:002010-07-17T11:26:53.233-07:00I have to agree with tyler, the antiqued brass see...I have to agree with tyler, the antiqued brass seems more in keeping.Blast 'emhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11965925586266627568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-423050459919800481.post-74070394069215142082010-07-17T09:58:17.980-07:002010-07-17T09:58:17.980-07:00I say "Tamper Away".
